Spring Trails Nears First-Year Anniversary
Forest of Possibilities Still Growing Strong
03/27/04

SPRING, Texas–Celebrating its first anniversary, Spring Trails proudly offers homebuyers five residential villages with homes that range from the $115,000s to over $400,000 on 45- to 80-foot wide heavily wooded homesites.

The 2,100-acre master-planned community is conveniently located 1 1/2 miles east of The Hardy Toll Road - just two minutes away from the Riley Fuzzel exit ramp making Spring Trails very accessible for residents.

During its first year, Spring Trails has sold more than 130 homes and closed out its first residential village, Willow Glen. "The fact that we've sold more than 130 homes in just one year is a testament to buyer enthusiasm for Spring Trails," said Jimmy Pappas, general manager. "It represents a successful combination of top-notch homebuilders in a high-quality, well-planned environment."

Maple Glen, a new residential village with 55-foot lots, is quickly becoming a popular choice among homebuyers. With two newly completed model homes, Maple Glen features Darling Homes and Perry Homes ranging from the $120,000s to $160,000s. Nature plays a big part in this residential village with a large pond and a 400-acre nature reserve bordering Maple Glen.

Spring Trails offers homes by award-winning homebuilders Ashton Woods Homes, Coventry Homes, Darling Homes, Perry Homes and David Powers Homes. These prestigious builders are being joined by Plantation Homes in a new village featuring 45-foot wide homesites called Hidden Pines. Both Perry Homes and Plantation Homes will build in Hidden Pines and have started construction of new models.
