Maple Glen and Hidden Pines Offer Homebuyers New Options
03/27/2004

SPRING, Texas–Spring Trails is proud to present homebuyers with two new residential villages - Maple Glen and Hidden Pines. Located just 2 1/2 miles east of the Hardy Toll Road at the Riley Fuzzel exit, Spring Trails is the first and only master-planned community off the Hardy Toll Road.

The new village of Maple Glen offers homebuyers 55-foot lots that back up to Spring Trails' pond and 400-acre nature preserve, making Mother Nature even more accessible. With Darling Homes and Perry Homes, Maple Glen affords residents quality homes that range in price from the $120,000s to $160,000s. Both builders are putting the finishing touches on two new model homes.

"Maple Glen is a natural extension of our existing 55-foot section," said Jimmy Pappas, Spring Trails' general manager. "This has been one of our most popular sections and buyer anticipation for the opening of Maple Glen was strong."

In late April, Spring Trails' will unveil a new section of 45-foot lots located in the new residential village of Hidden Pines. Featuring homes by Plantation and Perry that range from the $115,000s to the $130,000s, Hidden Pines offers homebuyers affordable luxury. Plantation Homes and Perry Homes have new models under construction in Hidden Pines.

Now offering homes in five residential villages including Magnolia Chase, Holly Heights and Cypress Park, Spring Trails is proud to feature award-winning builders Ashton Woods Homes, Darling Homes, Coventry Homes, Perry Homes, Plantation Homes and David Powers Homes. Heavily wooded homesites in these villages range from 55- to 80-feet wide with homes priced from the $120,000s to $400,000s. Eight decorated models are open daily, including two new models now open in Maple Glen.

The master plan of Spring Trails includes more than 400 acres of forest encompassing a large pond, nature trails and scenic lookouts to Spring Creek. The nature trail system moves throughout the community, connecting villages to various amenities within Spring Trails that currently include a pool, cabana and playground. Additional recreation centers and amenities are planned for Spring Trails as the community grows.

Children who live in Spring Trails attend the Conroe Independent School District, which affords quality education for children from schools that are conveniently located near the community. To serve those families with younger children, sites for two new elementary schools have already been selected within Spring Trails.

Spring Trails is a master plan of innovation. Spacious homes peacefully coexist with heavily wooded surroundings. With hundreds of acres of open space, meticulous community design, superior homes, outstanding educational opportunities and an unbeatable quality of life, Spring Trails represents 'The Forest of Possibilities' to those who have chosen to live there.
